May 20, 2016. Nijo-jo Castle.

 Nijo-jo, is the medieval castle of the first Tokugawa Shogun. 

The floor squeak to warn of intruders. The squeak sounds like nightingales.

We could not take pictures on the inside.

This castle or palace is across the street from our hotel.
