We had an enjoyable morning visiting the
gallery of one of Japan's preeminent calligraphers, Koshun Masunaga, and learning about her art.
Koshen did some of the art for the Nagano Olympic Games.
The artist made a picture for each one of us.
We saw the studio where decorative paper is made, and examples of the many beautiful papers.
