We ended our day in Hakone at a ryokan for the night.
Here was our room, before dinner. This hotel had hot springs baths.
We dressed for dinner.......
and enjoyed a multi-course dinner.
That is one flexible tour guide!
Our bed was made while we were at dinner.
A pretty comfortable night.

Did you take off your shoes when entering this traditional Japanese inn?
I liked the futon! It was more comfortable than some really hard beds i have slept on. We slept for 8 hours!! Better than most nights.
